Brian Smillie is an experienced entrepreneur, investor and company chairman with a long track record of establishing, acquiring, financing and developing businesses.

As Chairman of Sports Global Group Plc, Brian leads the Board and plays a central role in the Group's strategic direction, corporate development and acquisition strategy.

He has been instrumental in developing SGG's buy-and-build model and its ambition to create a substantial international sports group through a combination of organic growth, strategic acquisitions and operational integration.

Chris Stephenson is Chief Executive Officer of Sports Global Group Plc and is responsible for the executive leadership of the Group and the delivery of its strategic objectives.

Working closely with the Board and the leadership teams across SGG's operating businesses, Chris is responsible for driving commercial performance, operational execution and the successful integration and development of businesses within the Group.

His role is central to translating SGG's growth strategy into sustainable revenue, profitability and long-term shareholder value.

Chris Kirby is Chief Marketing Officer of Sports Global Group Plc and leads the Group's brand, marketing and commercial development strategy.

He is responsible for developing the market positioning of SGG and its portfolio, supporting customer and club acquisition, strengthening brand partnerships and identifying opportunities across teamwear, fanwear, heritage, licensing and direct-to-consumer channels.

Chris also plays a key role in developing the Group's proposition where sport, entertainment, music, fashion and supporter culture increasingly converge.

Stephen Patterson serves as a Non-Executive Director of Sports Global Group Plc and provides financial, commercial and strategic oversight to the Board.

He supports the Group in maintaining appropriate financial discipline and governance while contributing to the assessment of acquisitions, investment decisions and the Group's broader growth strategy.

His experience provides the Board with additional financial and commercial scrutiny as SGG executes its buy-and-build programme.

Ian Russell serves as a Non-Executive Director of Sports Global Group Plc, providing independent challenge, oversight and strategic input to the Board.

He brings extensive commercial and corporate experience and supports the Board in areas including strategy, governance, risk, financial oversight and the long-term development of the Group.

As an independent voice within the Board, Ian contributes to ensuring that SGG maintains appropriate governance and decision-making disciplines as the business grows.
